The tundish to the discharge pipe below the Pressure Relief Valve and TPR Valves on my Potterton Powermax HE boiler is slowly dripping out the side (pic attached). Which I'm not even sure how that's possible? 
It's also dripping through the usual point but it seems a little slower there. I'm mostly just baffled how it'd come out the side. I had a plumber who came recently to replace the pressure sensor as the pressure readings were all over the place but it's not rising beyond normal readings now and has always just been a slow drip since I noticed.
Anyone have any ideas?
