1.7 Bar Water pressure for a SaniCompact

Hi,

I am interested in the Sanicompact WC but it says it requires 1.7 Bar water pressure. When I turn on my cold tap in the bathroom where this will be situated the water does gush out the tap. I live on the 12th floor of a 13 floor block and do not have a clod water tank in my flat. Do you think I will have enough pressure?

Also, has anyone installed one of these before, do they look quite neat?
