Hoping someone can help me please. I’ve got planning permission for a porch (in reality an extension). It’s very small and is 1m out front existing front door. The roof will be pitched. Gutters will be placed at the front and to the side. These are both on my property. However, my concern is that I’m suspecting a small overhang of the tiles which would go onto the neighbours side. Im not sure if I’ve interpreted it right but it looks like you have to have some overhang. Does anyone know the minimum for this overhang and whether there’s any alternative or if this even matters.

Huge thanks
Catherine

You should set your wall back on your side so that it accommodates all overhang, within your own boundary.
