2 bedroom semi costs for modernising

I have the chance to buy the above. It's 100 yrs old and a bit neglected.
I estimate it needs : interior outside walls stripping and insulating..concrete floors replacing..underfloor heating in kitchen..total replumb with multi-fuel stove for radiators..rewire..replace 2 ceilings.
I realise I'm probably asking "how long is a piece of string" but I'd be grateful for some guidance just to see if I might be able to afford it !

That really is 'How long is a piece of string?'

But as a rough guide, take whatever you've got as being what you want to spend... and then know, that it's going to cost at least double that...
