I replaced the myson MPE 222 actuator just over a year ago and it failed again yesterday. I nipped down to the local plumbers store and got another at a cost of over £50. I was wondering if there is an equivalent motorised valve by another company which I could get if it ever fails again. i.e would a Honeywell fit and if so are they any more reliable? I am on my third Myson one in 5 years!

yes fit a honeywell they are the best.
Thanks, I did suspect that they might be better. I asked the guy when I was in the store too but he said he didnt have any.
Do you have the equivalent part number by any chance and I will order one to have as a spare?
