1) The top glazed panel of the two in the window has condensation within. Is the best way of sorting this just to buy a new one? I am guessing the facia comes off and they are replaceable. Are they panes themselves standard sizes typically? This one is approx 48.5x50cm - what sort of cost?

2) Another window has the bit of angled plastic on the outside missing that helps channel water away from the bottom seal. It is a plastic strip that sits on the row of small black buttons on the window itself. Poor description I know, but what is this called so I can find a replacement?

Thanks :D

1. No such thing as a standard size DGU they even come in many different thickness's.

2. A drip bar. Again several different makes, Shades of white and clip sizes.
Quite cheap and you can get them on ebay.
