2 way switch - split an dim..

Hi, I have two sets of lights in my kitchen that are controlled (together) from single gang switches at both ends of the kitchen. If possible (without major rewire job) I wish to split one end and put in 2 dimmers - i.e. so that I can control each set separately. At the end I wish to change I have One Yellow cable to top connector, two reds to one connector at bottom and the third connection has one black and one blue cable both with red bands.

From that info is it possible to advise wiring for suitable two-way dimmer...
