Dumb question maybe, but why would you want a sealkit for the plate exchanger? I have never seen a cdi with knackered seals on the plate exchanger. If they are gone, you have a good chance that there is something else wrong as well

Easy answer! A DIYer does not know that the seals, if you dont lose one, dont have to be replaced.
I did see a boiler near Heathrow that had seriously disintegrated seals on the primary side once and I had to replace them. Very luckily I had spares with me though. A few times I have lost one behind kitchen units although I do try to cover all holes with a cloth first.
