2inch wc close coupling kit

do they sell a 2 inch close coupling kit, Backplate bolts and donut. All the ones I see are for 1.5inch flush valves.

Thanks, does that mean 1.5inch is standard?

Yeah, I'd say 90% of the standard flush valves are 1.5", there are a few exceptions. Some of the flapper and concealed drop valves are 2" (gerbit etc), they are usually cistern dependent though. Always best to check first.
