i'm going to be building an extension in the near future and to keep costs down want to source a large 2nd hand pato/french doors to use? any one know if this will have any implementations with building control?

you need to check they comply with modern standards heat loss they will also need to be certified at a cost to you as installed properly as your not using fensa or similar installer who can self certify
