...to dramatic?

I need advice on how to undertake and complete a little project.

I need to turn the confined area under a sloping roof into a clothes storage area.
I have one or two ideas on how to proceed but am pretty hopeless at DIY so would like assistance planning this. It's mostly about what materials I need and what I need to attach load bearing structures to plasterboard

If there is anything missing from this I can provide pretty fast

I also have a limited budget for this project.

Whatever I erect will have to go against the back wall in the picture and be considerate of the light I cannot remove.

Sorry about the pictures boys. I added them when posting but they didn't appear and I simply thought that going to the gallery was what you did. I'm as good at forums as I am at DIY.

Any suggestions on my project, now that you can all see ropey looking pics?
