A winter of discontent.

Are we heading for a winter of discontent?

  • Yes. The country will grind to a halt and we'll get a snap election.

    Votes: 4 21.1%
  • No. Cameron will do a few more U-turns to appease the workers.

    Votes: 15 78.9%

  • Total voters
    19
  • Poll closed .
After next winter, the Gov will be getting close to mid term, so within a further 12 months the sweetners will be given, and the public will soon have forgotten the pain of the earlier years.

How fickle we are. :(

Just over a year in, and the public have forgotten the shower that got us into this mess in the first place. They forget the chancellor who sold the majority of the UK's gold assets at a knock down price. They forget the Prime Minister who opened the floodgates of immigration. They forget the lies told to engage the UK in a disastrous war. They forget the British jobs for British workers speech. ;) (steady on John, you'll be accused of being racist next)
;) ;)
They forget Gordon signing away UK PLC at Madrid (promised us a referendum on that, until they changed the wording of the treaty)

They forget the shower who forced green issues on to the political agenda, then tax us for it. Is the UK alone in attempting to save the world? Certainly seems like it.

Are the British public suffering from collective amnesia ???

You forgot the one about Darling commiting us to bailing out the Euro, signed up in the last dying days of the Labour government.

Trouble is, Cameron has gone back on most of his promises too.

Politicians!
