I have a Potterton Puma 80e.
When I turn on any hot water tap I get the 'WHUMPH' as the boiler ignites but 10 secs later the boiler stops. Hot water will come out but it then goes cold. I can only get continuous hot water if I put the central heating on. Any thoughts please?
Other things:
1. The central heating works fine. Combi will stay on no probs there.
2. The pressure gauge reads between 1 - 2 and seems fine
3. There is a noticeable drop in hot water flow when you turn taps on.
4. I can just get my shower to work (with CH on) but water flow has dropped considerably in the last few months.
5. I had a new circuit board put in 1 month ago, although this hole problem has been noticed before then.
