Accenta 6 Alarm System - Alarm Set tone too loud

Hi Guys,

Can anyone help?

I've had a Accenta 6 alarm system since 2000 and now having a baby in the house I find the alarm setting tone very loud. Is there any way of changing the alarm set tone to something less intrusive? It currently has approx 30 LOUD beeps before the alarm sets. I wouldn't want to replace the entire unit just for this.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

There is a volume control in the centre of the circuit board marked, Volume, a tweak left or right should solve your problem.

One thing to remember, the mains supply, please turn it off BEFORE you open the panel.
