Accenta G4 WONT RESET

My wife was going out today and for whatever reason she pressed SOS on the remote key panel and now it wont reset.

The key pad is showing these 2 symbols see attached. The external box is silent but flashing and the internal keypad is sounding.

I have tried our code to reset but it doesnt work. I would be grateful for some help, thanks in advance

If all she did was press 4 & 9 simultaneously, then it should be resettable via the keypad.

Tried pressing "X" twice?

Sorry, Dogg, I was comparing my (older type) ADE RKP with the one in the photo.

May be set for engineer reset on panic alarm ....do you know the engineer code ?

Do you know the engineers code. You'll need to go through the flags to take off the engineers reset code.

Im did look on line for the engineers code and I tried it but again it still wont reset. Could it be a dodgy battery?

I expect whoever installed the panel, changed the engineers code, so unless you can get hold/find it, then you need to reset the panel, and then reprogram the system.

Unless you're prepared to start at 9999, and then work backwards to see if you can find it yourself. Which is the lesser of the 2 evils.
