Accenta Gen4 - Continuous Power to Bell

Hi

I have an Accenta Gen 4 which I fitted myself about 3 years ago. Always worked fine.

This week have fitted an extra door contact, linked into one of the zones - all tested fine BUT when I have powered up the unit it now powers the Bell output all the time (no SCB just a straight Siren so connected to D(+) and B(-). Can't stop it unless its powered down.

Have Factory Defaulted and also linked out all the zones and Tamp but when I set it it still sounds, even when I go into Eng Mode and silence the Internal Sounder.

The only thing that I might have done wrong was that in testing I had disconnected the Bell and mistakenly linked it - have I messed up the Board ?

If you have done the reset and still getting a voltage from D & B then yes its a faulty panel.
