Adding a decking step

we already have the deck in place but never put a step in and the deck is quite a distance above the lawn...children on the way..

so we will need to do a wide step about 60cm deep the width of the deck which is around 4 metres

the area which it will sit on is grass as stated and well drained

any advice greatly appreciated

buila a simple frame to the front of it supported on legs and clad it in deck boards
