Hi guys, i'm in the planning process of building myself a large workshop in my garden, the proposed building is big at 14m x 7m and will be used as a work from home commercial premises.

I plan to incorporate a toilet and sink within the building, but not sure what building regulations are with regards to sewage drainage.

I currently have an inspection chamber at the rear of my house where the house toilets are connected to. this chamber is about 10m away from my proposed outbuilding and has a steep gravity drop towards it.

I'm wondering if building regs would allow me to link the proposed outbuilding workshop drainage into this existing chamber?
