what does the manual say? does it not have a temp control Knob?
No . their is no temp adjustment on the 280 its set to hold the water temp at 54 deg C .The boiler will raise the inlet water temp by around 38deg C at full flow so with a cold water temp of 5deg C it will get to 43 at the max flow of 10 lt per min , if you slow the flow rate down the temp rise will increase but should settle to the pre set of 54, their is no pot to adjust on the board or any other ways to adjust it other than slowing down the tap. Is your boiler working to its max ? work out the flow rate and measure the water temps . you can get a hand hed stat for under£20 to test the water.
