Hi, I'm a first timer. Have moved into a new house. Its a 1930's house. The central heating works fine from a Worcester 28 CDI, wall mounted in the garage.
However, we do have one major issue. The overflow pipe is directed out of the garage onto the back patio and it is constantly dripping out hot water. The pressure is 2-2.5 bar and everything seems to be working ok regarding hot water and heating. The water leak from the overflow is quite significant though, a constant dripping that leaks about 5 litres a day.
Now I'm a complete ignoramus when it comes to boilers. I thought with it being a boiler/condenser that an overflow was normal but that is a lot of water constantly dripping and I am concerned.
Can anyone give me any help or advice??
