Advice on Ideal combi bioler please

My boiler has just cut out the light is flashing F1 which the book says is low water pressure, this has happened once before and the procedure to correct it is fairly simple, problem is I can't remember how to do it.

its a logic more than likely to have the copper filling loop right hand side underneath the boiler
