advice on what alarm to purchase.

Hi i wish to change the burglar alarm at my mums house due to the old one being faulty,would appreciate some advice on a reliable system to purchase.
she live in a bungalow and at the moment has 3 pirs and 2 door contacts.

texecom veritas/ r8 easy to program easy to use can have single button arming/ part arm cant really ask for a more simple system.
