In light of my yesterdays post - re: Thorn back boiler -- the landlord ( brother in law)wants to upgrade the property and is willing to spend but lives abroad and is leaving it up to us to sort out and get quotes etc for ripping old out and getting new in. What do we ask for and what would you replace the present system with ?? Any suggestions gratefully received. New raditors and a new boiler ? New fire - we're lost !!! NEeds totally modernising. Its a doremer bungalow with about 7 radiators and the Thorm back boiler as described in previous post.
