Advise please

Hi. 2 days ago i have cleaned bricks from some moss and algi. I have used at first warm water with the soap and applied with soft brush. After an hr I have as advised used bleach mixed with the water and repated procedure. The moss have came off but 48 hrs after there are areas that mortar is darker and still wet and soft. Have I damaged mortar or it needs time more time to dry properly. In some places mortar remained solid in some went darker,still wet and soft...advise please.

Leave it for a week to dry properly

The mortar and bricks are dark where they are wet, I expect they have got wet before and have survived OK.
