Hi,
My shower pump is fed from the top of the hot water cylinder (appreciate that the side would be better) and the cold water tank and has worked perfectly.
I have recently replaced some taps, which involved switching of the mains and draining the hot water system.
The shower seems to be pulling air ever since (pump runs then purges after around 30-seconds) – would this be air that has got into the system?
I assumed that it would pull straight from the tank, which is fed from the cold water tank – would it actually pull water and air from the pipe network?
Thanks very much,
Dave.
