I'm still baffled by the fact that the fixed term parliament act stopped Johnson having an election because he couldn't get the required 434 votes -
so he somehow was allowed to introduced a different law, by-passing that and needing only a simple majority, and 438 of the silly buggers voted for it.
How many of the the 650 MPs now are still fundamentally against brexit?
All but a handful of Labour, the Liberals and SNP.
Presumably all the new Cons are for brexit so does that still leave about half of all of them - 182 of 365?
I suppose they will do as they are told so may as well not be there.
