Alpha 240p Boiler

I've a problem with my boiler.

When running the hot water tap in bath or sink ALL my radiators heat up.

Anyone have idea of the cause and whats required to fix it?
Obviously i'll have to get a CORGI in to do the work, but is the repair work generally done in the boiler for this problem or may it also include ripping up the flooring to check on the pipes etc.

I'm useless with this kind of thing so would be grateful on any advice.

Diverter valve stuck.

Some say recondition it, others like myself fit a new one.

Very common on these boilers I'm afraid.

Well once every 10 years unless system is filthy with sludge.

Takes a long time to recondition, for an amateur definately renew it. But do clean the system too.
