I got an Alpha Ocean boiler 240P since 1997 & still kinda working ok. Should consider replacement. Though preferably like to get one more year from it, due to funds.
Got a slight problem where the pressure drops on it over time. The needle gauge supposed to remain in the green bar section. However I have to let water back into to stabilise the pressure.
I have checked the system and there are no leaks. Someone at the pub, not a plumber (but tinkering with plumbing), said sounds like the expansion vessel (like a ballon) has deflated & needs re-inflating? Does it sound like this?
Is this relatively straight forward for a plumber to fix; how many hours approx.?
