Alpha 280E Combi (No hot water, but CH is fine)

Hi All

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
I have a problem with my boiler, when I turn on any hot tap in the house it runs very cold water, I noticed that the boiler does not fire up when the hot tap is turned on. The heating is on all the time and it's fine, the radiators are hot.
Just no hot water, seems like its not registering (firing up) when a hot tap is turned on.

Have a feeling it's the diaphram or divertor valve, after comparing my problem to others relating to the 280E.
Just seeing if there could be other possibilities after reading my symptoms above^^?

If the pin on the front of the DV does not pop out when hot taps are turned on, it will be the diaphragm.

Probably one of the easiest to replace of any combi.
