alpha cb50 boiler leak

I had a alpha cb50 newly installed in 2002.

I is leaking from the brass button and the centre of a white plastic cap mounted on a brass cylinder at the right hand bottom side of the boiler.

(see also the second picture in query //www.diynot.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=91143 )

Am I right in assuming that that is the automatic flow regulator?
What can be done about it?
Should I replace te whole regulator? Or just the white bit?
Does anyone know the part codes?
