Alpha cb50 loose pressure

2 weeks ago pressure dropping. After .4bar pump to 1 bar, Cant see leaks.

Pressure changed .5bar to1.5bar .5bar in minutes. off ,CH to on, then off,
1 bar high? (or 1-2-1)

Pressure vessel check OK, CH .8bar, water 2.5bar
Any Idea?

Sorry, I gone wrong, I see (PRV) you mean.

There drops cold water in to tundish too.

I tired my best, it not good.

CH expansion good, .8bar
DHW exapansion good, 2.5bar
Tundish is wet inside

The prv's both fed the tudnish

1 bar difference between cold-hot burner on.

OK?

I think the prv of the CH u/s

Boiler start at 1 bar, hot water get hot, pressure up, pvr blow at 2ish bar,
( too low) prv blow to 0, zero. Then filling loop squirt water in to 1bar again.

Is this OK?

There can you find these parts?

then 0 bar, squirt water to 1 bar, OK, boiler start , 1/2 hours later 2.8 bar , the CH PRV is squirts hot water to the tundish,

Hi, it's me after all these years. I can't believe that I posted in this way. Even I can't understand what I said. But I did fix the boiler, it was the PRV.
