I was about to place an order for a Baxi 105he and the supplier said Hmmm dont bother paying that price I have a Main 30he which is £200 cheaper and is an identical boiler.
His rerefusal to provide a price on Baxi 105 leads me to think.

1) he is stuck with Main boilers no one else will touch
2) he is correct and I have struck deal of the century
3) he is grooming his latest mug and is lying through his teeth.

is the general opinion the Baxi or the Main?

The main have cheaper internal parts(different pump etc), last time we spoke with the baxi rep the guarentee is different also.

Isnt the DuoTec doing a£200 kick back on the largest model making it cheaper than the 105He at present?
