Most of these deaths in Palestine are caused by bombing from the air.
Aerial bombing is one of the most cowardly forms of warfare, the problem is that you can't win a war by bombing alone.
It didn't work in Vietnam or Korea and it won't work in Palestine either.
If and when the tables are turned and its the Israelis who are on the receiving end, will your attitude still be the same.

Does this loophole mean Israel is free to use American weapons without giving any legal reason to do so according to the requirements of International law? I understand why they're using 'bunker busters' to destroy Hamas tunnels but in such a built up area the consequences have been catastrophic.

IMO Israel wants to flatten the Gazza Strip into a Car Park without any thought for those that live there , it is Genocide .
