Now that I've started turning the heating back on again, I am noticing these annoying tapping noises in my pipes...

I have a combi boiler in a downstairs utility room. The noises, as recorded above, are heard between the adjacent kitchen ceiling and upper floorboards. This is approximately every two minutes or so.
Boiler pressure is around 0.75, boiler heating dial set to half-way. Fewer than half of the radiators are on.
We recently had two separate bits of work affecting plumbing. One was relocating of a master bedroom radiator. The latest was removal and replacement of kitchen radiator following replastering. All radiators were bled following that latest piece of work.
What are the noises and how do I stop them? Pipes expanding against floorboard joists?
is the boiler pressure good enough?
Thanks.
