Anti slam door device???

I need to prevent a door from slamming. I don't really want the industrial type door closers, it's not really to keep the door closed, but to prevent an internal door slamming. We live on the sea front and when both front and back doors are open, the kitchen door slams, and with kids it's an accident waiting to happen. Is there anything like a Blum device for full size doors?

rising butt hinges to close the doors under gravity and stop slamming

A quick solution would be to tape half a tennis sized foam ball to the top of the door. Works at work, anyway.
