It needs replacing (I think, shower runs cold so Google tells me the thermostat is broken?) but I can't find an identical replacement and ideally I'd want the same one again so the measurements are the same so I don't have to drill any new holes.
Anyone recognise this shower?

Remove the actual stat cartridge, you may find it is a common one and much cheaper to replace.
Looking at the holder, could be triton, maybe email photo to these: https://www.showerdoc.com/
Recognise it? Dunno why shower people can't stamp some kind of model number on everything?!
