the fan on my apollo has been replaced because the boiler would not fire up and now the fan wont start up.was i right to replace it and why wont it start up?

Could be a faulty fan timer. Did you check this before buying a new fan?

Does the problem happen with the switch in both HI and LO positions?
 
Im not prepared to advise on this boiler. Your out of your depth and need an RGI.

have you checked for a broken neutral? if it has a fan timer its usually a broken neutral in the fan timer thats at fault.
