Aqualisa Aquataps head removal?

Hi all, first post so be gentle.....................
Does anyone know a method of removing the head from these taps?
They are a push on design so have to be pulled off but I don't want to damage the chrome finish

My taps are fitted with item number 3.
I want to change washers and lubricate the spindles as they are getting difficult for my 8 year old daughter to turn off.

try WD40.and if you end up damaging chrome you can always order new cap using the part number.
