Aquarius WT540 won't stop spinning

Have searched the forum but can't find a similar problem.
The w/m works fine but has now developed the following symptom, when it reaches the final spin it keeps repeating the spin cycle and won't turn off till we cancel the program.
Have cleaned the pump but to no avail.
Is there an easy fix?
