I have an old Ariston washer/Dryer Margerita 2000 (?) and after the last wash finished, I cannot open the door. I have followed the user instruction to wait until the red light flashes slowly, switch off then open the door - but the door doesn't open. the door latch does not appear to connect as it is quite loose when i pull on it - I suspect that some sort of connection is not being made. Any ideas anybody?
