ariston microgenus 24

I got asked to connect the gas up to a ariston combi microgenus 24 today as it had been moved and he wasnt able to connect the gas up anyway i done it and it was already full up the system so i fired the hot water all ok then tried the heating and it fired for 10-15 seconds temp shoots right up and cuts out and then when boiler has cooled down it fires again does same again,i know it seems like circulation i shouldnt have got involved but it was a friend of the lady ive just fitted a new boiler for so i done it and i said i would go back tommorrow for her does anyone know if theres anything else on these boilers that can cause this fault thank you

frst thing to check is the iso valves under the boiler

ive done all that checked valves ,pump but it they all seem fine thanks
