I'm working on a 100year old house at the moment which the owner is saying has (could have?) asbestos behind the plaster on the walls. Is this even a possibility? Why would there be asbestos directly behind the plaster?
Could be that the walls were constructed from asbestos sheeting way back in the past, and then plasterboarded etc over, years later, when people became aware of the dangers that asbestos posed to peoples health, so,,, quite possible.. but?????
