[b]A NEW DOORWAY BETWEEN HALLWAY AND INTEGRAL GARAGE?[/b]

I am thinking of knocking a new single doorway from my hallway to an integral garage. The wall is solid concrete block.

I am not a builder, but i enjoy diy, could someone possibly give me a step by step guide to what i would need to do and how to do it.

For building regulations the floor level of the garage must be 100mm lower than the internal floor of the house. I would check that before you proceed.

The door must also be a self closing firedoor too....
