bad builder

hi to one and all can any body tell me what i can do about a doggey builder who as riped us off .built us a conservatory that dosant fit the base the roof slopes and lets in water the french doors wont lock bad fit and he has put under the frame some 3ins timber were the brick work runs out this has cost us £11000 we have been told it must come down but at a cost to who us or the builder can some one help thanks

hi yes mate same old story i work away he kept asking wife for cash.we are selling the house thay picked it up on the servay
