We're hoping to put our house on the market soon and finishing off a few jobs. We've got a tiny lobby area, which to cut a very long story short was plastered a few months ago, on all but one small wall, which is just plaster board.

We want to make this as quick as possible. So my thoughts are to apply paintable wallpaper directly to the plasterboard on that back wall and hen paint that and the plastered walls to save the hassle of papering the whole room and it's many small wall areas.

Has anyone got any thoughts/suggestions?

My thought is get the wall plastered like the other walls.

I hardly think it's fair to bodge it up with wallpaper so the new buyer has that mess to sort out.

You should find a plasterer who can do that little job fairly cheaply.

i concur doctor.

not fair to the next people. think about what jesus said, "do unto others as you would have done unto you.".

get in!
