Bath room sink too high ??

I am currently in the process of building a frame for a bathroom cabinet that a sink will be sat on. I have a feeling that the final height of the sink is too high as when I measured it last night the height of the sink came to 92cm. Before its too late and I fit it (and now while its easy to cut a bit off the bottom frame) – Does anyone know if there is a recommended height for a bathroom sink ?????

The top of the basin should be around 850mm give or take 20mm each way.
