I am wondering if anybody has any advice on removing a plastic bath side panel. I need to gain access to fix the plug mechanism from underneath. I have tried with some caution to remove it. It is plastic and does not appear to fixed in by any sort of fixings.

Because the bath is wide, almost square at the bottom and narrow ledges it is near impossible to get any movement backwards to lift out the panel. It does not appear I can 'pop' it out from under the ledge at the top, there is simply no give. My assumption was that this would be an easy to lift out but not so.

Thanks.

;)

Can you slide a thin blade under the panel all along the side and between the end and the wall? Could be held by sealer/silicone of some type.
