The old ceiling light has many wires.
3 red in one slot (live all the time)

and 2 black in one slot

My newer light has only slot for three..L,N and earth.

How can fix this, pleae help.

Can I buy a 3way wago connector and put the 3red live wires and

1 red in Live Slot and 2 black N is another slot?

Please help.

You have the right idea.

The three reds (Permanent live) put togther in a separate connector.

The 2 blacks go to the light neutral 'N'

The single red goes to the light live 'L'

Earth is self explanatory

Many thanks for the reply. Will do it tonight and update here. Once again thanks for taking time to post.
