Im assuming that when doing equpotential bonding, I need to run seperate earth from light to pull cord and from pull cord to cross bonding on boiler in bathroom?

What size cable do I need to use, I seem to remember 4mm but regs change too quick :)

No, the regulations allow the circuit protective conductor between the light fitting and the pullcord switch, to be used for supplementary bonding.

4mm2 without mechanical protection, 2.5mm2 with protection. Bigger never hurts though. ;)
