Hi, I am trying to wire a timed bathroom extractor fan and the issue I have is I do not have a ceiling rose to take the feed from as I have a pull switch in the bathroom with the live feed and the feed to the downlights which are daisy chained so would like to know how I can take a connection to the fan isolator. Can I take it from the coonector at the first downlight and if so how can I connect the three wires (Live, Switched Live and Neutral) which need to go to the Fan Isoator.

Any advice would be appreciated

If you do not have the permanent line at the first downlight then you will not be able to connect in from there. Does the feed (permanent line and neutral) go to the pullswitch first with a connector for the neutral. If so it may be possible to connect into there for L, SL and N. If not you will have to make a junction box above the switch which will incorporate feed cable, cable to downlights, cable to fan and cable to pullswitch.
